Update 28-1-2016:
 
As this is a skype call not everyone can see each other. We therefore ask you to send a picture and two lines of text about yourself and your work to [e-mail].
This way everyone get to know their colleagues a little bit! Please send the requested information no later than December 11th!

Hope you are all doing well.
 
As you might have read in the Q3 report the global support team is at its full strength. This means there is time for new initiatives.
 
To increase the sharing of knowledge between global and local pig teams, as well as between BUs, we would like to organize a bi-monthly Skype meeting for all PM’s in the different BU’s.
During this 1 hour meeting we would like to share new knowledge from the global team, but also invite local teams to share knowledge/experiences with each other.  
The first of these meetings is planned on December 19th. During this meeting the global team will take care of the program. We will sent you the program as soon as possible.
This is a first meeting so it still has to get its final shape.
 
As we work with different time zones, we have two meetings. One at 9 am (morning) and one at 2 PM (afternoon).
As we would like to have similar size groups we propose you join the meeting at the time in the invitation.
If you are really not available at the proposed time, please let me know by declining this meeting and we’ll see if you can join the other meeting.
