d) Trách nhiệm của các Bên về bảo mật còn phải tuân thủ chính sách bảo mật thông tin được ban hành kèm theo Quy Chế Hoạt Động Của Website (được đăng tải tại Website TMTT Espa.vn) và sẽ tiếp tục có hiệu lực ngay cả khi Hợp Đồng này đã chấm dứt.
