Đánh giá chung về hình thức liên kết:
 Ưu điểm:
- ND được quyền mua trả chậm vật tư sản xuất nếu muốn, giống lúa được cung ứng
với chất lượng tốt, giá hợp lí.
- Cán bộ công ty đến kiểm tra chất lượng lúa và ký HĐ trước khi thu hoạch nên ND
không lo ngại khâu kiểm phẩm.
- Hợp đồng linh hoạt vì ND được quyền bán lúa cho thương lái nếu không chấp
thuận giá mà công ty đề nghị. Nếu không bán cho công ty, ND chỉ thực hiện nghĩa
vụ trả nợ các khoản đầu vào, không phải trả các khoản chi phí dịch vụ (tư vấn kỹ
thuật) mà công ty đã cung ứng trong vụ lúa.
 Hạn chế:
- Bộ giống lúa chưa đa dạng, công ty chỉ liên kết với ND sản xuất trên 1-2 giống lúa.
- Chưa thực hiện được hệ thống khép kín từ khâu cung ứng đầu vào và tiêu thụ sản
phẩm đầu ra.

General assessment of the forms of association:
 Advantages:
- ND deferred right to purchase production materials if desired, rice supplied

- Officials companies to check the quality of rice and sign the contract before harvest ND should
not fear the sewing test.
- The contract is flexible because ND rights sold to traders otherwise mortgage
rates upon which the company suggested. If the company does not sell, ND fulfillment only
debt service on investments and paying the costs of services (consulting engineering
art) that the company has supplied the rice crop.
 Limitations:
- less diverse rice varieties, the company affiliated with ND 1-2 rice production.
- Unrealized closed system from the supply of inputs and marketing of
outputs.
