Trong thời gian có hiệu lực của Hợp Đồng Thuê, Hoàng Tân sẽ không chuyển nhượng, cầm cố, thế chấp hoặc sử dụng Tài sản thuê để bảo đảm cho bất cứ nghĩa vụ thanh toán nào của Hoàng Tân với bất cứ bên thứ ba nào khác kể từ thời điểm có hiệu lực của Phụ lục này trừ trường hợp được PIVN chấp thuận bằng văn bản.
