- CBNV phải bàn giao công việc cho người kế nhiệm hoặc đồng nghiệp khác theo chỉ định của cấp quản lý trực tiếp theo biểu mẫu của phòng Nhân sự và bàn giao toàn bộ tài sản, công cụ dụng cụ cho các phòng ban liên quan.
- CBNV có trách nhiệm bồi thường vật chất nếu làm mất mát hoặc hư tổn nào đối với tài sản của công ty. Tiền lương của tháng cuối cùng sẽ được thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản hoặc tiền mặt sau 30 ngày kể từ ngày bắt đầu nghỉ việc. Trừ trường hợp bị sa thải việc thanh toán sẽ do Giám đốc điều hành quyết định.
- Người sử dụng lao động có trách nhiệm hoàn tất các thủ tục liên quan đến Bảo hiểm xã hội (nếu có).
