ĐIỀU 4
GIÁ THUÊ VÀ PHƯƠNG THỨC THANH TOÁN
1. Giá thuê quyền sử dụng đất nêu tại Điều 1 của Hợp đồng này là: 5.000.000 đồng /01 tháng (bằng chữ: Năm triệu đồng Việt nam trên một tháng). Giá cho thuê này không bao gồm chi phí điện, nước, các chi phí phát sinh liên quan đến việc thuê quyền sử dụng đất này.
2. Phương thức thanh toán như sau: Thanh toán 06 tháng một lần vào ngày đầu tiên của mỗi đợt thanh toán.
3. Việc giao và nhận số tiền nêu tại khoản 1 Điều này do hai bên tự thực hiện và chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
1. The rent of land use referred to in Article 1 of this Agreement are: 5,000,000 / 01 months (in words: five million Vietnamese dong per month). Rental price does not include the cost of electricity, water, the costs incurred in relation to the lease of this land use.
2. Payment methods are as follows: Payment January 6 times on the first day of each payment.
3. The delivery and receive the amount mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article by the two parties to implement and be responsible before the law.
