b) Đẩy mạnh triệt để các biện pháp xã hội hóa để nâng cao hiệu quả và trách nhiệm trong quản lý chất lượng, VSATTP của mỗi DN.
c) Chính phủ bảo đảm hệ thống tài chính, tín dụng về cơ bản ổn định để hỗ trợ nông ngư dân nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh.
