- Bộ phận mua hàng tìm kiếm các NCC dịch vụ vào khảo sát, lập biên bản làm việc với NCC và thu thập 3 báo giá trình BOD duyệt.
- Sau khi duyệt báo giá, bp mua hàng sẽ làm việc với NCC để ký hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ hàng tháng/hàng quý theo yêu cầu của các bộ phận trong Công ty, ký bản cam kết an toàn theo thời hạn hợp đồng và trình BOD duyệt.
- Hợp đồng ký 6 tháng hay 1 năm được qui định rõ thời gian thực hiện công việc trong thời hạn hợp đồng theo từng loại dịch vụ.
- Nếu NCC không thực hiện dịch vụ đúng thời gian đã ghi trong hợp đồng làm hư hỏng hay ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng của hàng hóa thì NCC phải chịu trách nhiệm.
- Giới thiệu NCC với nhân viên yêu cầu dịch vụ để 2 bên chủ động làm việc sau này.
