Nha Trang nhận giải 'Điểm đến mới nổi hàng đầu châu Á'
Cùng với Huế, phố biển Nha Trang (Khánh Hòa) được du khách quốc tế chia sẻ bình chọn trên trang TripAdvisor (Mỹ) là điểm đến không thể bỏ qua trong năm 2016.

Trong cuộc bầu chọn cuối năm 2015, Nha Trang là một trong 10 thành phố trên thế giới được du khách bình chọn là điểm đến đang được quan tâm hàng đầu châu Á, với hơn 100.000 lượt du khách đã trải nghiệm và chia sẻ trên website. 9 thành phố còn lại bao gồm: New Delhi, Bangalore (Ấn Độ); Khao Lak, Karon (Thái Lan); Colombo (Sri Lanka); Sanur (Bali); Yerevan (Armenia); Phnom Penh (Campuchia) và Huế.

Giải này được đại diện tổ chức TripAdvisor trao cho TP Nha Trang (Khánh Hòa) ngày 14/3.

Ông Nguyễn Đắc Tài - Phó chủ tịch UBND tỉnh Khánh Hòa cho biết, năm 2015, du lịch Nha Trang - Khánh Hòa đón hơn 4,1 triệu lượt khách lưu trú (tăng 16% so với cùng kỳ), trong đó khách quốc tế đạt khoảng 974.000 lượt. Tổng doanh thu du lịch ước đạt 7.000 tỷ đồng (tăng 16,8% so với cùng kỳ).

Thành phố Nha Trang trải dài dọc theo bờ biển, bao quanh bằng những dãy núi cao khoảng 700-900m ở phía tây. Nơi đây được ví như “thiên đường biển đảo” với nhiều vũng vịnh kín gió, thuận lợi để phát triển các loại hình du lịch tham quan, nghỉ dưỡng, tắm biển... Từ trên cao nhìn xuống, biển Nha Trang như một bức tranh thủy mặc sống động. Bãi biển cong vòng cung, với những dải cát dài trắng mịn bên những rặng dừa và hàng dương xanh mướt.

Vịnh Nha Trang được Bộ Văn hóa - Thể thao - Du lịch xếp hạng di sản cấp quốc gia, từng được bình chọn là một trong 29 vịnh đẹp nhất thế giới. Vịnh này hội tụ các loài động vật quý hiếm, giá trị kinh tế cao như yến sào, đồi mồi, san hô đỏ, trai ngọc môi vàng, ốc kim khôi, bào ngư bầu dục...

TripAdvisor là trang web du lịch ra đời năm 2000 tại Mỹ. Hiện nay, trang này có 1 triệu lượt bình chọn mỗi năm, có 350 triệu lượt khách hàng mỗi tháng, 250 triệu lượt người xem mỗi ngày.
