Thành công lớn nhất của tôi cũng như nhóm là từ những ngày đầu tiên sau khi lựa chọn được dự án và có chủ đề của rõ ràng cho dự án là làm một buổi Hội thảo về viết CV và phỏng vấn, nhóm chúng tôi đã cố gắng tìm những nhà tuyển dụng có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực này để mời họ đến tham gia chương trình cũng như giúp cho sinh viên có được những kinh nghiệm thực tế để họ hoàn thiện các kĩ năng của bản thân hơn khi đi xin việc sau này.
Chúng tôi đã liên lạc với rất nhiều các công ty và nhận được sự đồng ý của các nhà tuyển dụng đến từ công ty KPMG và tập đoàn Intel. Họ đều là những khách mời đang giữ vị trí Giám đốc nhân sự của 2 công ty trên vì thế họ rất có kinh nghiệm trong việc tuyển dụng nhân sự.
Thứ nhất, những khách mời đều là những người có chuyên môn cao, nên họ đã giúp cho các sinh viên tham dự chương trình học hỏi được rất nhiều điều quan trọng, có thêm được nhiều kinh nghiệm cũng như những điều cần tránh khi làm hồ sơ xin việc sau này để họ có thể ghi điểm trong mắt nhà tuyển dụng.
Thứ 2, nhóm chúng tôi đã PR chương trình rất tốt và thu hút được hơn 100 người đăng kí tham dự chỉ sau vài ngày thông báo.
Thứ 3, với sự giúp đỡ của Mrs. Thu Huong người rất có kinh nghiệm dẫn chương trình, đã làm cho buổi hội thảo của chúng tôi diễn ra suôn sẻ và thành công hơn mong đợi.
Cuối cùng, tôi thấy các thành viên trong lớp cũng đã có những đóng góp rất tích cực cho dự án cuối cùng này vì vậy tôi thấy rất vui và trân trọng điều đó.
Học từ thực tế là một môn học tuyệt vời và là một trong những dự án đánh dấu sự trưởng thành của chúng tôi.
