==> Hiện tại cty vẫn còn 57 căn hộ, trong đó có nhiều sự lựa chọn cho căn hộ 2 phòng ngủ, bạn xem các files sơ đồ mặt bằng đánh dấu những căn hộ đã bán và còn trống của tất cả 6 tầng mà tôi đã đính kèm files, cùng với bảng báo giá của 57 căn hộ còn lại.

==> Đó là 1 phối cảnh 3D trước đây của chúng tôi, nó thể hiện chi tiết nội thất của các căn hộ. Vị trí trên dấu mũi tên là những cánh cửa lùa, phía bên ngoài là lan can được thiết kế rất đẹp, hãy xem hình phối cảnh khu căn hộ tôi gửi đính kèm bạn sẽ thấy rõ hơn. Chúng tôi ưu tiên sử dụng vách kính nhằm tối ưu hóa tầm nhìn, và ánh sáng cho căn hộ, nên toàn bộ thiết kế của tất cả các căn hộ ( đặc biệt là các căn hộ vị trí góc ) chúng tôi đều ưu tiên sử dụng vách kính, giống như hình ảnh phối cảnh căn hộ mẫu mà tôi đã gửi cho bạn tham khảo ở email trước.

WILL: 1 more question. Does it make a difference if Lam Kieu (Vietnamese) or myself (foreigner; Dutch) buy the apartment? I mean for TAX payment or any other Financial reason.

==> Đối với luật pháp Việt Nam hiện tại cho phép người nước ngoài được mua nhà và định cư lâu dài. Bạn đã kết hôn với cô Lam Kieu , dựa theo luật nhà ở hiện tại các bạn được phép sở hữu nhà ở tại Việt Nam giống như 1 công dân Việt Nam bình thường. Chúng tôi không có quy định nào khác về việc thu thêm thuế hay phụ phí nào khác chỉ vì bạn không phải là người Việt. Mọi người đều được sở hữu hợp pháp như nhau. Có điều, khi bạn scan passport cho chúng tôi, hãy nhớ gửi kèm theo scan Chứng nhận đã đăng ký kết hôn nữa nhé. Như vậy là đã đầy đủ thủ tục cần thiết để bạn được phép sở hữu căn hộ tại Việt Nam.

The thing is, when you scan the passport for us, remember to send the attached scan the registered certificate of marriage. So is the full procedure was necessary for you to be allowed to own apartments in Vietnam.
