Đây không đơn thuần chỉ là việc tìm mua các sản phẩm cụ thể, áp dụng các giải pháp cụ thể về phần mềm - phần cứng; Không chỉ có phát triển Internet banking, Mobile Banking trên nền tảng cũ, triển khai Social Banking…. Mà là dự án lớn, dài hơi của Ngân hàng, có thể sẽ thay đổi phương thức kinh doanh, quy trình vận hành đang áp dụng hiện tại nhằm hướng đến hai mục tiêu chính: Gia tăng trải nghiệm của Khách hàng và Cải thiện quy trình vận hành theo hướng số hóa.

Vì vậy, BẮC Á BANK mong muốn tìm kiếm đối tác lớn, uy tín đáp ứng các tiêu chí:
- Có kinh nghiệm tư vấn và đã triển khai thành công các dự án phát triển công nghệ tại các ngân hàng trong và ngoài nước;
- Hiểu được thực trạng và nhu cầu của BẮC Á BANK từ đó lập Đề án tư vấn, với các sáng kiến, giải pháp cụ thể để triển khai Digital Banking, Virtual Banking;
- Có đủ nguồn lực để triển khai nhanh chóng, quyết liệt các giai đoạn của Dự án.

Trước mắt, em có một số đề xuất như sau:
- Cung cấp thông tin rõ hơn về các dự án tương tự mà Intellect đã triển khai thành công và đang triển khai tại các banks (Bank nào? Triển khai nội dung gì? Hiện tại vận hành ra sao? Dự kiến sắp tới.... Các thông tin trong 02 tài liệu đã gửi vẫn khá chung chung).
