Tôi rất ngạc nhiên là các hóa đơn của các công ty luật đã được gửi về cho SPCT trong suốt 3 năm qua nhưng đến nay một số chứng từ cơ bản nhất để thanh toán theo quy định của Bộ Tài chính và Thuế Việt Nam chẳng hạn như bản gốc của hóa đơn và các thỏa thuận/hợp đồng cung cấp dịch vụ vẫn không có hoặc không hợp lệ
