TTO - Thủ tướng Nguyễn Tấn Dũng vừa chấp thuận dự án đầu tư nâng cấp, mở rộng Nhà máy lọc dầu Dung Quất do Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam (PVN) chủ trì lập, đã được Bộ Công thương và các bộ ngành liên quan thẩm định.
Dự án này có các nội dung cơ bản về công suất chế biến, định hướng nguồn nguyên liệu dầu thô, cấu hình công nghệ, chất lượng sản phẩm, tiêu chuẩn môi trường, tiến độ triển khai và tổng mức đầu tư dự kiến của dự án.

Thủ tướng cũng đồng ý PVN triển khai dự án theo phương án tự đầu tư song song với việc đàm phán chuyển nhượng với đối tác Gazprom Neft (GPN). UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi xem xét cấp giấy chứng nhận đầu tư cho dự án theo quy định.

Thủ tướng yêu cầu PVN và UBND tỉnh Quảng Ngãi thống nhất các nội dung và tiến độ chi tiết của công tác đền bù, tái định cư, giải phóng mặt bằng và phương án vốn để triển khai dự án.

Giao Bộ Công thương chỉ đạo PVN triển khai dự án, chủ động xử lý các vướng mắc phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện, báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ các vấn đề vượt thẩm quyền.
