Kết quả nghiên cứu đã lựa chọn được 6 LUT với 19 kiểu sử dụng đất cho hiệu quả kinh tế, xã hội và môi trường đại diện tiêu biểu cho vùng nghiên cứu, bao gồm: LUT chuyên lúa (lúa xuân – lúa mùa); LUT 2 lúa – màu (lúa xuân – lúa mùa – ngô thu đông, lúa xuân – lúa mùa – lạc đông, lúa xuân – lúa mùa – cà chua, lúa xuân – lúa mùa – khoai tây); LUT chuyên màu (lạc xuân – ngô, lạc xuân – đậu tương – dưa chuột, lạc xuân – khoai tây, lạc xuân – ngô xuân, rau các loại, ngô – cà chua, ngô – khoai tây, bắp cải, đậu tương – ngô); LUT cây lâu năm (chuối, nhãn, ổi); LUT hoa cây cảnh; LUT nuôi trồng thủy sản (cá nước ngọt).
Trên cơ sở hiệu quả của các loại hình sử dụng đất đã được xem xét và các mục tiêu phát triển để đề xuất một số kiểu sử dụng đất: Lúa xuân - Lúa hè thu – khoai tây, LUT trồng cây lâu năm, LUT hoa cây cảnh có giá trị kinh tế cao. Để đạt được hiệu quả các loại hình sử dụng đất đề xuất cần thực hiện đồng bộ các giải pháp về thị trường tiêu thụ sản phẩm nông nghiệp, về vốn đầu tư, về nguồn nhân lực, giải pháp về cơ sở hạ tầng, về cơ chế chính sách trong nông nghiệp.

On the basis of the effect of the type of land use were reviewed and developed to suggest some type of land use: Rice Paddy spring-summer-autumn-LUT, potato crops, ornamental flowers LUT has high economic value. To achieve the effect of the proposed land use types need to synchronize the solution on the market for agricultural products, the consumption of capital, human resources, infrastructure solutions, about agricultural policy mechanisms.
