Tôi là Cuong , tôi là một kỹ sư cơ khí. Hiện tại tôi đang làm việc tại bộ phận SQC VRN. Tôi đã làm việc tại Vinpearl được 8 năm,and cách đây 4 năm, tôi đã làm việc tại bộ phận kỹ thuật of VAP Area với các vị trí : giám sát kỹ thuật, trợ lý kỹ sư trưởng với công việc chính là kiểm soát bảo trì các hệ thống như trò chơi, camera, hệ thống lọc nước hồ bơi công viên nước, thủy cung, quản lý kho vật tư kỹ thuật.Tôi thuyên chuyển sang bộ phận thanh tra và kiểm soát chất lượng được bốn năm với công việc chính là kiểm soát chất lượng bảo trì hệ thống kỹ thuật ở các khu vực như VAP, VLN, VRN, Golf, vận chuyển, kỹ thuật ngoài nhà. Sau một thời gian làm việc và kiểm soát các hệ thống kỹ thuật tôi có thể biết nhiều hệ thống và thiết bị kỹ thuật trong khách sạn cũng như các hệ thống kỹ thuật khác tại đảo như hệ thống máy phát điện, chiller, xử lý nước thải, cấp thoát nước, heatpum, thiết bị phòng khách…
Tôi muốn trở thành đội trưởng kỹ thuật bảo trì phụ trách villa để nâng cao kỹ năng quản lý nhóm của mình cũng như các vị trí cao hơn trong tương lai.. Tôi sẵn sàng làm việc chăm chỉ và tin tưởng bản thân có thể làm tốt công việc mình đã chọn.Tôi có thể sử dụng tốt một số phần mềm máy tính như: office, autocad, sketchup, corel, photoshop…Tôi thấy khả năng tiếng Anh của tôi là điểm yếu nhất của tôi. Tôi biết đây chỉ là vấn đề tạm thời. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ học tập chăm chỉ để giao tiếp hiệu quả hơn
