Thân chào Ban lãnh đạo tập đoàn RFI quốc tế!
Chúng tôi là toàn bộ thành viên ban lãnh đạo RFI Việt Nam.
Chúng tôi đã nhận được thông báo của tập đoàn vào ngày 22/09/2016, thông báo về việc thay đổi thời hạn và hình thức chi trả lợi nhuận hoàn vốn. Sau khi có một cuộc họp với toàn thể ban lãnh đạo RFI Việt Nam, chúng tôi thấy rằng sự thay đổi như thông báo không phù hợp với sự phát triển cộng đồng và đầu tư tại Việt Nam.
Nay chúng tôi thay mặt toàn bộ các nhà đầu tư RFI tại Việt Nam kiến nghị với tập đoàn một số nội dung như sau:
1. Tập đoàn cần giữ và thực hiện đúng cam kết đã thông báo với các nhà đầu tư như trước đây.
2. Hoàn vốn và phân chia lợi nhuận từ chu kỳ 1 đến chu kỳ 3 được trả theo ngày.
3. Hoàn vốn và phân chia lợi nhuận chu kỳ 4 trả theo tuần.
4. Hoàn vốn và phân chia lợi nhuận chu kỳ 5 được trả theo tháng.
5. Các loại hoa hồng sẽ trả theo tuần và vào thứ năm hàng tuần
6. Nếu công ty có ra chính sách gì mới thì phải thông báo trước ngày áp dụng là 10 ngày kể từ ngày ra thông báo, lưu ý là chỉ áp dụng thông báo đó cho nhà đầu tư mới, còn các nhà đầu tư cũ phải áp dụng chính sách như đã thoả thuận ban đầu.
Kết luận:
Kính trình ban lãnh đạo tập đoàn xem xét và chấp nhận, bởi những yêu cầu trên là phù hợp với bối cảnh hiện tại ở Việt Nam, trái lại, với sự thay đổi không phù hợp như văn bản ngày 22/09/2016 thì chúng tôi tin rằng RFI rất khó phát triển tại đất nước chúng tôi.

Dear leaders RFI international corporation!
We are all members of the board RFI Vietnam.
We have received notice of the Group on the date 09/22/2016, informed about changing the time and form of payment of profit payback. After having a meeting with the entire leadership RFI Vietnam, we found that the changed notification inconsistent with community development and investment in Vietnam.
Now we do on behalf of all the RFI investors in Vietnam with corporations propose some contents as follows:
1. Group to hold and carry out the commitments announced to investors as before.
2. Payback and profit sharing from cycle 1 to cycle 3 was released on the date.
3. Payback and profit sharing paid in 4 week cycles.
4. Payback and profit sharing is paid every 5 months.
5. The commission will be paid according to the type of week and on Thursday
6. If the company has nothing new policy must be notified before the date of application is 10 days after the announcement, noting that the notice applies only to new investors, while older investors must apply policy as agreed originally.
Conclusion:
Glass works Corporation board reviewed and approved, by the above requirements are consistent with the current context of Vietnam, on the contrary, with change inappropriate as text dated 09/22/2016, we believe that it is difficult RFI development in our country.
