Một số kiến nghị với các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước:
• Kiến nghị với Chính phủ.
Hỗ trợ kịp thời các doanh nghiệp về thông tin, nghiên cứu thị trường ở quy mô lớn, giúp doanh nghiệp có đầy đủ thông tin trong quá trình phân tích môi trường để đề ra chiến lược kinh doanh cho phù hợp.
Chính phủ cũng cần có sự điều chỉnh hợp lý đối với các vấn đề mang tầm vĩ mô như lạm phát, lãi suất, để giúp hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của công ty bớt gặp các khó khăn.
Chính phủ cần có các chính sách giúp hỗ trợ để phát triển ngành nguyên liệu và phụ liệu về giầy da, may mặc, đồ gỗ để không bị phụ thuộc quá lớn vào nguồn nhập khẩu như hiện nay.
• Kiến nghị với Bộ Quốc phòng
Tiếp tục tin tưởng và đặt hàng Công ty đối với các sản phẩm quốc phòng chính quy giúp công ty ổn định sản xuất và có cơ hội đổi mới công nghệ làm cơ sở phát triển hơn đối với sản phẩm kinh tế.
Trong khả năng của Bộ, đề nghị được tiếp tục hỗ trợ về xúc tiến thương mại trong và ngoài nước giúp các sản phẩm của công ty có cơ hội lớn hơn để mở rộng thì phần.
• Kiến nghị với Hiệp hội
Đề nghị các Hiệp hội dệt may, da giầy, đồ gỗ thường xuyên quan tâm, cung cấp thông tin, là nơi xúc tiến thương mại và kết nối các doanh nghiệp trong hiệp hội cũng nhưng trên thế giới giúp các doanh nghiệp ngày càng thiết thực hơn.
