Đối với tổ chức nước ngoài quy định

Đối với tổ chức nước ngoài quy định tại điểm b khoản 1 Điều 159 của Luật này thì phải có Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư hoặc giấy tờ liên quan đến việc được phép hoạt động tại Việt Nam (sau đây gọi chung là Giấy chứng nhận đầu tư) do cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền của Việt Nam cấp.

For foreign entities specified in Clause 1 of Article 159 of this law, there must be investment certificates or documents related to the licensed activities in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the original Certificate Investment) issued by the competent State of Vietnam.
