Bên C có ý kiến: trong thời hạn 2 (hai) năm kể từ ngày ký biên bản này nếu bên B không trả hoặc không trả hết số tiền nợ tại mục 3 nêu trên cho bên C thì bên A phải có trách nhiệm thanh toán số tiền nợ hoặc số nợ còn lại cho C.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Parties C comments: within 2 (two) years from the date of signing this record if the party B doesn't pay or not to pay off the debt amount in section 3 above for party C, then A must have party responsible for paying the amount of the debt or the remaining debt to C.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party C comments: within 2 (two) years from the date of signing the record if Party B does not pay or do not pay off the amount owed in Section 3 above, Party A to Party C should be responsible for payment the amount owed or the remaining debt to C.
