Bên B chỉ xác nhận chuyển vốn, lợi nhuận và các nguồn thu hợp pháp khác ra Thái Lan từ hoạt động trực tiếp: Biên bản họp HĐQT/Hội đồng thành viên về việc phân chia lợi nhuận (nêu rõ số tiền chuyển lợi nhuận ra Thái Lan, tên người thụ hưởng ở Thái Lan); Báo cáo tài chính đã được kiểm toán hoặc giấy xác nhận của cơ quan kiểm toán về kết quả kinh doanh (bản sao chứng thực); Văn bản xác nhận về việc nhà đầu tư Thái Lan đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ thuế đối với Nhà nước Việt Nam (Văn bản trả lời của cơ quan thuế, tờ khai quyết toán thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp năm tài chính và chứng từ chứng minh việc nộp thuế)

Side B only confirmed the transfer of capital, profits and other legal revenues out of Thailand from direct activity: meeting minutes of BOARD/Council members about the Division of profits (stating the amount to transfer profits out of Thailand, the name of the beneficiary in Thailand); The financial report has been audited or verified paper audit of Agency's business results (certified copy); Documents about the Thai investors completed tax obligations with regard to the State of Vietnam (text answers of the tax authorities, the Declaration enterprise income tax in the financial year and prove the tax)

Party B only confirm the transfer of capital, profits and other lawful income from operations Thailand directly: Minutes of meetings of the Board / Council members on the distribution of profits (stating the amount of profit transfer Thailand, the name of the beneficiary in Thailand); The financial statements have been audited or certified copies of the audited agencies on business results (certified copy); The written confirmation of Thai investors have completed their tax obligations to the State of Vietnam (written replies by the tax authorities, the declaration of income tax settlement enterprise financial year and documents evidencing the taxpayer)
