11.1 Các văn bản liên lạc giữa các bên sẽ được xem như đã tới tay người nhận như sau: bốn (04) ngày nếu gửi bằng Bưu điện, ngay lập tức khi chuyển trực tiếp, hoặc 12 giờ sau khi gởi bằng Fax hoặc E-mail. Bên nhận phải có trách nhiệm thông qua điện thoại hoặc thư từ để xác nhận phúc đáp trả lời
