Thời gian hiệu lực của Hợp đồng Hợp tácKinh doanh này có hiệu lực trong vòng 02 ( hai ) năm kể từ ngày ký. Trong thời gian 60 ( sáu mươi ) ngày trước thời điểm hết hạn Hợp đồng, nếu có nhu cầu, Hai Bên sẽ bàn bạc để tiến hành gia hạn hợp đồng.
