Khi Bên B vi phạm nghiêm trọng Hợp

Khi Bên B vi phạm nghiêm trọng Hợp Đồng này và (i) không khắc phục vi phạm và/hoặc không hoàn thành việc khắc phục vi phạm trong thời hạn Bên A yêu cầu hoặc (ii) vi phạm đó không thể khắc phục được, thì Bên A có quyền chấm dứt Hợp Đồng này trước thời hạn bằng cách gửi thông báo cho Bên B. Vi phạm nghiêm trọng được hiểu là những vi phạm có thể làm tổn hại trực tiếp hoặc gián tiếp đến lợi ích, uy tín của Bên A trên thi trường và nếu tiếp tục Hợp Đồng thì Bên A cho rằng sẽ có khả năng gánh chịu thêm nhiều thiệt hại (bao gồm thiệt hại hữu hình/vô hình);

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

When Side B material breach of this agreement and (i) didn't fix the violation and/or does not complete the remedy the violation within the party A request or (ii) violation that cannot be overcome, then party A has the right to terminate this Contract before the deadline by sending notice to Party B. serious violations are understood as those in violation can harm directly or indirectly to the benefit of the party A reputation on the market and if it continues, then A Party to that Contract will likely suffer more damage (including damage to tangible/intangible);
