công ty chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về tính chính xác, trung thực và đảm bảo quyền sử dụng hợp pháp, sử dụng đúng mục đích theo quy định của pháp luật đối với địa điểm thực hiện dự án đã đăng ký. cơ quan đăng ký đầu tư không giải quyết tranh chấp phát sinh (nếu có) liên quan đến địa điểm thực hiện dự án đăng ký.
trường hợp tổ chức kinh tế thực hiện dự án đầu tư không thực hiện đúng các quy định trên, cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền xử lý vi phạm của nhà đầu tư theo đúng quy định của pháp luật việt nam.
dự án sẽ chấm dứt hoạt động theo quy định tại điều 48 luật đầu tư và các văn bản hướng dẫn, điều chỉnh có liên quan
