Sau khi phân tích ta biết được
- Phân tích dòng chảy có thể dự đoán:
vị trí tiếp giáp hai dòng chảy, vị trí có bọt khí,
áp xuất phun, lực khóa khuôn, phân bố nhiệt độ…
- Phân tích giai đoạn nén có thể biết được:
độ co rút thể tích, phân bố độ dày…
- Phân tích quá trình làm lạnh có thể dự đoán:
thời gian làm lạnh, sự chênh lệch nhiệt độ bề
mặt khuôn, phân bố lượng truyền nhiệt, hiệu qủa việc
làm mát.
