Có rất nhiều định nghĩa về quyền lực giới nhưng theo cá nhân của tôi quyền lực giới được thể hiện và hiểu rõ nhất ở vấn đề phân cấp quyền lực giữa nam và nữ. Trong tổ chức, quyền lực của nam giới luôn được đề cao hơn so với nữ, bên cạnh đó họ cũng được tôn trọng và thuyết phục hơn so với cấp trên là nữ giới.
