NLĐ có thể ứng trước phép để nghỉ nhưng chỉ giới hạn 50% trong tổng số ngày phép trong năm và không được ứng trước phép của năm sau. Trong trường hợp vượt quá giới hạn thì cần có sự đồng ý từ Tổng Giám đốc
