Phương thức giao nhận :
Khi giao nhận hàng, hai bên phải lập biên bản giao nhận. Bên A có trách nhiệm cử đại diện có trách nhiệm ký vào biên bản xác nhận số lượng, chất lượng, quy cách, phẩm chất hàng hoá để làm cơ sở cho việc thanh toán. Nếu hàng hóa bị phát hiện không đúng quy cách hoặc không đúng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng…, thì các bên phải lập biên bản tại chỗ có xác nhận của đại diện hai bên. Bên B sẽ thu hồi toàn bộ lô hàng trên.
