Tất nhân viên đều có trách nhiệm đề xuất hành động khắc phục cải tiến khi phát hiện vấn đề không phù hợp xảy ra trong các hoạt động và chất lượng sản phẩm.
Mọi đề xuất về hành động khắc phục -cải tiến được sử dụng qua biểu mẫu "Phiếu liên lạc khắc phục -cải tiến" hoặc chuyển thông tin trực tiếp về Ban ISO và yêu cầu Ban ISO lập phiếu.
