từ đó, chúng tôi có thể đưa ra những lời khuyên và tìm kiếm những giải pháp hiệu quả cho ngân hàng MB chi nhánh đống đa.
chúng tôi sẽ khảo sát khách hàng tại các địa điểm cụ thể như: khảo sát trực tiếp tại ngân hàng Mb- chi nhánh đống đa ( trước cửa ra vào và phòng chờ khách hàng của ngân hàng mb )
khảo sát tại trường đại học xung quanh khu vực đống đa, gần ngân hàng MB
chúng tôi sẽ thiết kế và thực hiện khảo sát trong vòng 14 ngày ( với 7 ngày thiết kế bảng khảo sát và 7 ngày thực hiện khảo sát khách hàng )
