Đề nghị Nhà thầu có biện pháp bảo vệ an toàn cho các đoạn mương đào dẫn dòng do các đoạn mương đào rất sâu.
+ Đề nghị Nhà thầu bổ sung cống do đào rãnh cắt qua đường đất hiện trạng tại vị trí giữa Km0+280-Km0+300
+ Nhà thầu cần có biện pháp đảm bảo thoát nước tốt hơn trong mùa mưa lũ. Tư vấn đánh giá với kích thước rãnh đào hiện trạng không đảm bảo thoát nước vào mùa mưa lũ. Trong đó lưu ý đến cống tạm 2D100 là không đủ khả năng thoát nước.
+ Đề nghị Nhà thầu lập kế hoạch thi công chi tiết để xem xét mương tạm được sử dụng trong thời gian bao lâu.
+ Đề nghị Nhà thầu lập biện pháp thi công cho đoạn tuyến cống hộp 2x3x3 thuộc tuyến 4-9 như đã đề cập tại thư số ESII/ME/1607/CP-1A ngày 14/10/2016.
