Actually, this is not deliberately to pay unproperly OT of workers, that is just a matter of controlling tight labor yet. We also have a very transparent and you can see, we're ready to show CTTV system for the auditor to view. Incase some of workers (in addition to those already registered to stay OT with HR dept) in sewing lines of WS 3 has voluntarily stayed for some time to finished up their work without swipe their card and management did not report back to the HR Department. So, we did not know and overtime of employees was missed. We have corrective action by requiring the management of sewing lines to notice and review the workers who stayed overtime and it was not registered to compensate the missing OT from the 21 to 22, 2016 for them. Tomorrow we will finish this issue. Besides, the company will issue a notice to require managements that sewing lines to ensure all workers stay overtime must be registered and reported to the HR department and require workers to swipe their card to track payment. In case the workers forget to swipe their card, must contact to HR Dep to record the workingtime.I also hope that customers have a positive outlook for the deficiencies of the factory Sincerely, Thanks you very much
