 Phí Tạm Ứng có nghĩa là tiền tạm

 Phí Tạm Ứng có nghĩa là tiền tạm ứng mà Bên A ứng trước cho Bên B để Bên B có chi phí ban đầu thực hiện dự án. Phí tạm ứng sẽ được thanh toán theo Đợt thanh toán được quy định tại khoản 2.3 và đã bao gồm trong tổng giá trị Hợp đồng. Trong trường hợp tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt Hợp đồng này vì thiết kế không đáp ứng các yêu cầu của Chủ đầu tư và/hoặc vì bất kỳ lý do gì theo quyết định của riêng của Chủ đầu tư, phí tạm ứng tương ứng tỷ lệ công việc còn lại mà hai bên thống nhất sẽ được hoàn lại cho Bên A.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

 Advance Fee means the advance payment that Party A advances to Party B so that Party B has initial costs for implementing the project. The advance fee will be paid according to the Payment instalment specified in Clause 2.3 and included in the total Contract value. In the event of suspension or termination of this Contract because the design does not meet the Investor's requirements and/or for any reason at the Investor's sole discretion, the advance fee will be proportional The remaining work agreed by both parties will be returned to Party A.

Prepayment refers to the prepayment made by Party A to Party B in order for Party B to have the initial cost of the project. The advance payment shall be made in accordance with the payment method specified in Article 2.3 and shall be included in the total contract value. If this agreement is suspended or terminated due to design non-compliance with the owner's requirements and/or for any reason at the owner's discretion, the corresponding prepayment of the remaining percentage of work agreed upon by both parties will be refunded to Party A.

Receivable expenses refer to the advance payment made by Party A to Party B in advance, so that Party B can bear the initial expenses of the project. Temporary expenses will be paid according to the payment amount stipulated in paragraph 2. 3 and has been included in the total contract value. If the contract is suspended or terminated because the design does not meet the requirements of the investors, and/or for any reason decided by the investors themselves, the fees will be temporarily charged and returned to Party A according to the remaining work proportion agreed by both parties.
