Trường hợp khi rủi ro phát sinh tại một hoặc nhiều đơn vị làm cho giá trị rủi ro được xác định vượt hạn mức đối với từng loại rủi ro hoặc vượt hạn mức rủi ro toàn Công ty đã được HĐQT phê duyệt, Giám đốc Công ty phải có báo cáo đề xuất hướng xử lý, khắc phục trình HĐQT phê duyệt.
