Ban Kiểm soát là cơ quan có chức năng hoạt động độc lập với Hội đồng quản trị và Ban Giám đốc, Ban Kiểm soát do ĐHĐCĐ bầu ra và thay mặt ĐHĐCĐ giám sát, đánh giá quá trình quản lý, điều hành của Hội đồng quản trị mọi mặt hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty, báo cáo trực tiếp ĐHĐCĐ.
Ban Kiểm soát của Công ty có 03 thành viên, gồm 01 Trưởng ban và 02 thành viên. Nhiệm kỳ của Ban Kiểm soát là 05 năm.
