Sau khi hoàn tất bộ chứng từ hàng xuất (HB/L, MB/L) nhân viên chứng từ sẽ gửi thông báo mô tả sơ lược về lô hàng vận chuyển :Shipper/ Consignee, tên tàu/ số chuyến, cảng đi/ cảng đến, ETD/ETA (Ngày đi / ngày dự kiến đến), Số vận đơn (HB/L,MB/L), loại vận đơn (surrender, Original, seaway bill…), hợp đồng, invoice, packing list cho đại lý liên quan để đại lý theo dõi tiếp lô hàng tại cảng đến, đính kèm là bản sao HB/L,MB/L.

After you complete the export goods vouchers (HB/L, MB/L) certificate from the staff will send the notice described the shipment summary: Shipper, Consignee, name of ship/port/port, trips to, ETD/ETA (expected date/day), tracking numbers (HB/L, MB/L), type of lading (surrender, Original, seaway bill...) , contract, invoice, packing list for the agents involved to continue tracking the shipment agents at the port of arrival, attached is a copy of HB/L, MB/L.

After completing the export documents (HB / L, MB / L) staff will notify vouchers profiles of shipments: Shipper / Consignee, name of ship / flight number, departure port / port to, ETD / ETA (on going / planned date of arrival), Number of lading (HB / L, MB / L), bill of lading (surrender, Original, Seaway bill ...), contract, invoice, packing list for college agency relating to follow-up shipments at the port of destination, attached is a copy of HB / L, MB / L.
