Bằng hợp đồng này Bên A giao cho Bên B thi công xây lắp, cung cấp lắp đặt thiết bị cho công trình " Hệ thống xử lý nước thải tại Xí nghiệp đầu máy Sài Gòn ".
- Thi công xây dựng công trình theo đúng hồ sơ thiết kế được phê duyệt và đảm bảo công trình được nghiệm thu đưa vào sử dụng theo đúng quy định của pháp luật.
- Tổ chức và thực hiện bảo hành chất lượng công trình xây dựng theo các quy định của pháp luật.
