V/v Ban hành QUY ĐỊNH VỀ THAM SỐ VÀ BIỂU PHÍ THẺ GHI NỢ QUỐC TẾ MASTERCARD DO OCB PHÁT HÀNH


TỔNG GIÁM ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG TMCP PHƯƠNG ĐÔNG
- Căn cứ Điều lệ Ngân hàng TMCP Phương Đông;
- Căn cứ Quyết định số 130/2013/QĐ-HĐQT ngày 13/9/2013 của Hội đồng Quản trị OCB về việc ban hành Quy chế Cơ cấu tổ chức OCB sửa đổi, bổ sung năm 2013;
- Căn cứ Quyết định số 131/2013/QĐ-HĐQT ngày 13/9/2013 của Hội đồng Quản trị OCB về việc sửa đổi, bổ sung Quyết định số 07/2011/QĐ-OCB ngày 15/01/2011 của Tổng Giám đốc OCB về việc thành lập các Khối, phòng nghiệp vụ tại Hội sở chính của OCB;
- Theo đề xuất của Phòng Thẻ tại Tờ trình số ……/2015/TT-PT ngày ……/…../2015 v/v Điều chỉnh Biểu phí Thẻ ghi nợ nội địa/Thẻ ghi nợ quốc tế/Thẻ tín dụng quốc tế MasterCard,
QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Điều 1. Nay ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này “QUY ĐỊNH VỀ THAM SỐ VÀ BIỂU PHÍ THẺ GHI NỢ QUỐC TẾ MASTERCARD DO OCB PHÁT HÀNH” và Phụ lục kèm theo để áp dụng tại Ngân hàng TMCP Phương Đông (OCB)
Điều 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày …./…. /2015 và thay thế Quyết định số 443/2014/QĐ-OCB ngày 28/10/2014 của Tổng Giám đốc V/v ban hành Quy định về tham số và biểu phí Thẻ ghi nợ quốc tế OCB MasterCard do OCB phát hành.
Điều 3. Các Ông/Bà Phó Tổng Giám đốc, Giám đốc Vùng, Giám đốc Sở giao dịch/Chi nhánh/Phòng Giao dịch/Quỹ tiết kiệm, Giám đốc/Trưởng Trung tâm, Trưởng Phòng nghiệp vụ Hội sở, Công ty trực thuộc và toàn thể CBNV Ngân hàng TMCP Phương Đông chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.
