3.3 Sau ngày thanh toán theo quy định tại Điều 3, Khoản 3.2 của Hợp đồng này, nếu bên A chưa thanh toán cho bên B phí dịch vụ mà không có sự đồng ý của bên B thì bên A sẽ phải trả thêm phần lãi suất theo mức lãi suất quy định của ngân hàng Ngoại thương Việt Nam (Vietcombank) cho những ngày chậm thanh toán đó. Trong trường hợp chậm thanh toán quá quy định 30 ngày bên B có quyền đơn phương rút khỏi mục tiêu mà không phải chịu bất kỳ biện pháp chế tài nào.
3.4 Việc thanh toán không được trì hoãn bởi những lý do đơn phương hoặc bất kỳ lý do gì không trên cơ sở của kết luận hay quyết định từ cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền.
