 Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất

 Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất do UBND TP Đà Nẵng cấp cho Tập Đoàn Dệt May Việt Nam bao gồm :
- Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất số BE 601581 (thửa đất số 4 - tờ bản đồ số 41)
- Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất số BE 601582 (thửa đất số 1- tờ bản đồ số 48)
 Thời hạn sử dụng toàn bộ khu đất : 21/9/2043.
 Khu đất tiếp giáp với đường số 5 và số 7 đã quy hoạch sẵn.
Tập Đoàn đã triển khai các thủ tục pháp lý chuyển tên giấy dứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất, thực hiện các nghĩa vụ tài chính về thuế đất theo quy định, xây dựng tường rào bảo vệ …vv với các chi phí như sau :
 Tiền đất nộp theo quy định : 19.628.000.000 đồng
 Thuế đất năm : 11.038.384 đồng
 Chi phí xây dựng tường rào bảo vệ : 767.818.700 đồng
