A&C, tiền thân là công ty kiểm toán và tư vấn trực thuộc Bộ tài chính, là một trong số bốn công ty kiểm toán độc lập hàng đầu của nghành Kiểm toán Việt Nam.Khởi nghiệp từ năm 1992, A&C đã chú trọng cung cấp các dịch vụ về kiểm toán và tư vấn thuộc các lĩnh vực kế toán- tài chính-đầu tư-quản trị. sau thời gian hoạt động dưới hình thức công ty cổ phần (từ cuối năm 2003)công ty đã chính thức hoạt động dưới hình thức công ty trách nhiệm hữu hạn hai thành viên trở lên kể từ tháng 02 năm 2007.

Since 1992, A & C has provided auditing services and consulting in the field of accounting-finance-investment-management. After a period of activity in the form of a joint stock company (from the end of 2003) the company has officially operated in the form of limited liability company two members since February 2007.
