Cải cách thi cử
Thi cử là việc bình thường trong quá trình học tập. bên cạnh đó thi cử đã gây ra bao cảnh nhọc nhằn, căng thẳng toàn xã hội, và phơi bày những thủ đoạn gian lận đáng xấu hổ như mấy năm qua thì quả là hiếm thấy. Để khắc phục tình hình đó, tôi nghĩ cần kiên quyết thực hiện các biện pháp sau đây: giảm bớt số lượng kì thi, bỏ hẳn thi tiểu học và trung học cơ sở, giao cho các sở chịu trách nhiệm tổ chức thi tú tài, và thu hẹp diện dự tuyển vào đại học bằng cách quy định điều kiện dự tuyển, đồng thời mở rộng cửa vào các trường trung học và dạy nghề.

nếu Làm được những việc trên, thi cử sẽ nhẹ nhàng, ít tốn kém, học sinh sẽ chú trọng nhiều hơn đến việc học bình thường hằng ngày, việc luyện thi sẽ giảm bớt vì ít nhu cầu, cả xã hội sẽ không còn căng thẳng chuyện thi cử.
