4. Luận án cũng đã phân tích các yêu cầu đối với ngành da giầy của các hiệp định thương mại Việt Nam đã ký kết như WTO, FTA với EU, ETA, đặc biệt là TPP,… các khó khăn, thách thức cũng như cơ hội, thuận lợi đối với ngành da giầy Việt Nam khi tham gia các hiệp định FTA, qua đó đề xuất định hướng, chiến lược phát triển của ngành da giầy để tận dụng được những cơ hội do các hiệp định này mang lại.
Có thể nói, Luận án là một công trình nghiên cứu công phu và nghiêm túc của tác giả đối với năng lực xuất khẩu của ngành da giầy Việt Nam.
Trong quá trình nghiên cứu, lý luận cũng như thực tiễn, nghiên cứu sinh đã có cơ hội nghiên cứu, tổng hợp, điều tra, phân tích, đánh giá và làm việc với các chuyên gia, các nhà lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp, lãnh đạo cơ quan quản lý nhà nước để đưa ra quan điểm, các ý kiến về năng lực xuất khẩu của ngành da giầy Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, đây là một đề tài có phạm vi nghiên cứu rộng, cho nên không tránh khỏi sai sót, rất mong nhận được ý kiến chỉ đẫn, đóng góp của các thầy cô giáo, các nhà nghiên cứu, các doanh nghiệp, các chuyên gia về lý luận, cũng như những giải pháp để Luận án được hoàn thiện hơn.

The thesis also analyzed the requirements for footwear industry of Vietnam trade agreement signed as WTO, FTA with the EU, and ETA, especially the TPP, ... the difficulties and challenges as well as opportunities, favorably for the Vietnam footwear industry when joining the FTA Agreement , then the orientation, strategy development of footwear industry to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the agreements.Have to say, the thesis is a research and seriously of the author with regard to the export capacity of the footwear industry in Vietnam. In the course of research, as well as practical reasoning, the researchers had the opportunity to research, synthesis, investigation, analysis, reviews and working with professionals, business leaders, leaders of State regulators to give perspective, the comments on the export capacity of the footwear industry in Vietnam. However, this is a wide research scope, so the inevitable errors, are looking forward to receiving your comments only incentive, the contribution of teachers, researchers, enterprises, experts on the argument, as well as the solutions to improve thesis.Sincere thanks!
