Một trong hai bên muốn chấm dứt hợp

Một trong hai bên muốn chấm dứt hợp đồng thì phải báo trước cho bên kia thời gian tối thiểu là 01 tháng. Nếu không báo trước thì bên vi phạm sẽ phải đền bù hợp đồng bằng 01 tháng tiền thuê cho bên kia và chịu trách nhiệm khác (nếu có).
