CFS số 7 và CFS số 14 có nội dung tương tự nhau, tuy nhiên khác nhau về thời hạn của giấy phép.
CFS số 7 có thời hạn tới 31/12/2016.
CFS số 14 có thời hạn tới 31/08/2016.
Như tôi đã lưu ý ông, CFS phải còn thời hạn ít nhất 1 tháng tính đến thời điểm nộp hồ sơ, để đảm bảo trong quá trình cấp phép, CFS không bị hết hiệu lực. Do đó, CFS số 14 có thời hạn đến 31/08/2016, hôm nay đã là 10/08/2016, không đủ thời gian cho quy trình cấp giấy phép của thủ tục công bố mỹ phẩm tại Việt Nam. do đó, CFS số 14 có thể không sử dụng được.

Về CFS số 1, tôi sẽ trao đổi kỹ hơn với cơ quan nhà nước và sẽ báo lại ông sớm nhất có thể.
