4 Quy định về thủ tục an ninh C-TPAT
Công ty vận tải phải tuân theo tiêu chuẩn C-TPAT đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn an ninh
- Công ty vận tải phải cung cấp xe, container và đầu kéo với cấu trúc vật lý hoàn chỉnh, phương tiện vận chuyển phải có giấy chứng nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn an toàn kỹ thuật và bảo vệ môi trường của cơ quan có thẩm quyền cấp.
- Sử dụng các thiết bị niêm phong phù hợp với C-TPAT, đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn ISO17712.
- Sử dụng các thiết bị an ninh đối với xe đầu kéo (GPS, GPRS,…) để theo dõi việc vận chuyển hàng hóa.
- Các tài xế của công ty vận tải phải tuân thủ các quy định của công ty Đại Hoa khi vào công ty.
+ Vào công ty phải xuất trình giấy tờ đầy đủ và mang thẻ khách trong suốt thời gian ở trong công ty.
+ Đậu xe đúng nơi quy định trong công ty.
+ Tài xế phải nghĩ ngơi đúng nơi quy định. Không được đi vào các khu vực cấm như: khu vực đóng hàng, kho thành phẩm,…
- Mỗi năm các nhà vận tải phải ký, đánh giá và gửi lại bảng Self-Assessment cho bên công ty Đại Hoa.
