Trường hợp các Bên vi phạm Hợp đồng BOT nhưng chưa đến mức phải chấm dứt Hợp đồng BOT, tùy theo mức độ thiệt hại do vi phạm gây ra, Các Bên sẽ thống nhất mức phạt và hình thức nộp phạt thông qua điều chỉnh thời gian thu phí hoặc nộp tiềquyên mặt.
