Có trách nhiệm lên kế hoạch về nội dung và thời điểm cập nhật nội dung trên Facebook page của bên A trong giai đoạn trước, trong và sau chương trình. Nội dung bao gồm giới thiệu về chương trình, đặc tính sản phẩm, hình ảnh chương trình, hình ảnh sản phẩm nhằm mục đích thu hút sự quan tâm của công chúng đối với chương trình, và gửi cho bên A để bên A kiểm tra, phê duyệt thông tin và đăng tải lên Facebook fanpage của Bên A như lịch trình bên B đề nghị.
5.3.2 Nếu có thay đổi nội dung đăng tải hoặc thời điểm đăng tải do kế hoạch của Bên B hoặc Bên thứ ba dẫn đến các nội dung cập nhật Facebook không được cung cấp cho bên A như lịch đã đăng ký thì Bên B sẽ kịp thời thông báo Bên A trong vòng hai (02) ngày làm việc trước khi có sự thay đổi. Trong trường hợp này, Hai Bên sẽ thống nhất lại lịch điều chỉnh đăng tải vào thời điểm khác, đảm bảo quyền lợi cho Bên A không ít hơn quyền lợi ban đầu.
5.3.3 Các hình ảnh trong quá trình chụp hình không được phép phát tán, sử dụng…trên bất kỳ phương tiện gì với bất kỳ mục đích gì mà không được sự đồng ý, cho phép của Bên A

5.3.3 The images during shooting is not allowed distribute, use on any media ... anything with any purpose without the prior written consent, permission of Party A
