thẩm duyệt về phòng cháy và chữa cháy số 23/TD-PCCC (P2) ngày 07/12/2011.
Nghiên cứu áp dụng Quy chuẩn xây dụng, Tiêu chuẩn xây dựng cho người tàn tật tiếp cận sử
dụng (ở các khu vệ sinh, lối đi) và tuân thủ giấy phép xây dựng này để lập, phê duyệt dự án đầu tư xây dựng công trình; triển khai các bước thiêt kê tiếp theo đúng quy định; đảm bảo các yêu cầu về vệ sinh môi trường theo quy định của pháp luật.
Báo cáo tiến độ thì công xây dựng công trình vê Sở Xây dựng vào ngày 25 hàng tháng.
